130 gr Forest Honey - Late harvest 2026
COP 25,000.00

Forest honey · Late harvest 2026
130 g

The last harvest of the year. In the mountains around the coffee region, the bees work through the drier months of mid year, when the forest. We harvest at the end of that season, just before the October rains, when the colonies start keeping what they make for themselves.

2026 was an El Niño year. The rains started falling short in March, and by October El Niño had been officially declared. Fewer rains meant less water in the flowers, so the bees gathered slowly and worked harder for every drop. The result is a small harvest and a honey that tastes of this year: Rich woody caramel tones

There won’t be another 2026. When it’s gone, we wait for the forest’s next season.
